Product overview
Avio® 200 is the only miniaturized ICP-OES spectrometer introduced by Perkin Elmer, which is specially designed for complex high matrix samples and multi-element synchronous detection scenes. The instrument gives consideration to strong analytical performance, minimal operation logic and ultra-low operating cost, and solves the pain points of traditional ICP, such as large argon consumption, slow start-up, poor matrix tolerance and large equipment occupation. It is widely suitable for element detection in the fields of environment, food, agriculture, electronics, minerals, chemical industry, etc., and atomic absorption (AA) users can seamlessly upgrade and replace it.
The body of the instrument is only 65×76×81cm, which is equivalent to the volume of atomic absorption equipment and does not occupy valuable table space in the laboratory. It is equipped with four core patented technologies: flat plasma, two-way observation, PlasmaShear without argon interference, and built-in plasma observation camera. Complex high matrix samples are directly injected without dilution, and high and low concentration elements are measured once in the same batch, greatly reducing the working hours of pretreatment and detection.

1. Ultra-low argon consumption, greatly reducing operating costs.
The original Flat Plate™ plasma technology is adopted, and the total argon flow rate of the whole machine is only 9L/min (8L/min for plasma auxiliary gas), which is only half of that of the competing products in the market (15-21L/min). Matching PlasmaShear™ air tail flame interference elimination system, no additional consumption of argon gas is needed to eliminate the cold tail flame of axial observation, no consumption of sampling cone consumables, and the cost of long-term use of argon consumables is halved.
2. Fast cold start, double the detection efficiency.
Equipped with DWS technology with dynamic wavelength stability, it takes only a few minutes to turn off and start cold, and the start-up speed is 10 times that of traditional ICP, so there is no need to wait for a long time for preheating; After the analysis, it can be directly turned off and powered off, reducing the standby power loss, and there is no need for long-term empty machine insulation for batch sample detection.
3. Vertical bidirectional observation, wide linear range+ppb detection limit
Vertical synchronous two-way observation optical system, axial+radial synchronous acquisition has no sensitivity and luminous flux loss, the wavelength covers the whole range of 200–500 nm, and high and low concentration elements are synchronously measured by single injection; The linear dynamic range has strong expansibility, and the high-salt and high-matrix stock solution does not need to be diluted, thus avoiding dilution errors and reducing the retest workload.

Vertical detachable torch tube: tool-free rapid disassembly, independent replaceable center tube (Shi Ying/alumina/sapphire optional), automatic self-alignment, high-salt samples are not easy to be damaged by salt accumulation, and maintenance is simple;
PlasmaCam™ color plasma camera: the industry’s first built-in camera, real-time plasma visualization, remote fault diagnosis, method development visualization, greatly reducing the downtime of the instrument;
4-channel 12-roller peristaltic pump: Multi-channel synchronous sampling, which has better stability and sample compatibility;
Full-wavelength CCD detector: real-time automatic background deduction, synchronous acquisition of target spectral line and surrounding baseline, full detection precision and accuracy.

With INconX™ mobile APP, it is possible to remotely monitor the analysis progress, start and stop the plasma, and manage multiple instruments at any time and place, making it possible for the laboratory to be unattended.
