The AB SCIEX D2 deuterium lamps deliver stable UV spectrum for capillary electrophoresis UV detection, consistent light intensity and long service life. Sample vials, vial caps and PCR vials are manufactured to strict dimensional tolerance, excellent chemical resistance, suitable for CE sample preparation. CE-SDS gel buffer is designed for protein size separation by capillary electrophoresis, reliable reproducibility for protein analysis.
When your capillary electrophoresis instrument shows low UV signal, baseline noise or lamp error, replace the deuterium lamp. Power off the detector and wait for cooling. Wear clean gloves and avoid touching the lamp window. After lamp installation, perform wavelength calibration.
